With the DJ booth on the right side of the head table and the speakers on the left and right of the head table you will direct everyone’s attention to the head table when speeches are given as well as all the sound for dancing is directed to the dance floor. This lets the older guest who wish to visit the opportunity to sit toward the rear of the room during dancing. This layout also gives everyone fast and easy access to the dance floor for special moments and dancing.
Your caterers can remove the Buffet Table right after dinner so we can use this space for all the nights excitement
